Lesions, e.g. caused by AD, occurring on the scalp are a contraindication to the use of Minoxidil. In the case of irritations occurring on the scalp, do not use any rubs and lotions, they can further exacerbate the changes. In such a situation, oral preparations containing saw palmetto extract, amino acid complex and omega-3 acids can be used. I enclose a few examples of preparations with these substances: Karabione booster - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/93889/kerabione-booster-kapsulki/apteki Kerabione - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/39968/kerabione-kapsulki/apteki Skrzypo Vita men - https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/109002/skrzypovita-men-tabletki-powlekane/apteki Treatment of androgenetic alopecia is also based on the use of prescription substances. Taking such a course of treatment should be discussed with your doctor. I enclose information about the possibility of using teleconsultation, if the need arises: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja If atopic lesions do not occur on the scalp, the use of Minoxidil is not contraindicated.
