Does Alphagan cause blurred vision?

Hello, Does Alphagan cause blurred vision? Mom has iritis and she had high pressure in her eye, she got these drops, but the visual acuity deteriorated in the affected eye and she sees as if behind a fog. Can it be from these drops or from inflammation?
