Doreta can be used in combination with Mysimba if it has been prescribed by the same doctor or if the prescriber has been told what other medicines you are already taking and what additional conditions you are suffering from. Combining these drugs increases the risk of side effects such as seizures. Therefore, if combining these drugs is necessary, you should strictly follow the dosage regimen established with your doctor.
