At the outset, it should be noted that all medicines listed in the question are available only with a prescription and should not be used without consulting a specialist. I will try to give you general information: The use of Trittico and Escitalopram at the same time can cause an excessive increase in serotonin levels in the brain, which threatens the occurrence of serious disorders referred to as serotonin syndrome. Serotonin syndrome is manifested, m.in, confusion, agitation, fever, sweating, ataxia, hyperreflexia, muscle clonic seizures and diarrhea. This condition is distinguished by the so-called triad of symptoms, which includes: 1. Vegetative disorders, i.e. increase in blood pressure, fever, diarrhea, vomiting and mydriasis. 2. Psychiatric symptoms, consisting of anxiety disorders, feelings of anxiety and confusion. 3. Neuromuscular ailments, i.e. recurrent cramps, pain and increased muscle tone. If you observe such side effects, tell your doctor, who will decide on how to proceed. The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
