Can I take Glucophage 1000 XR with Roswera, Concor Cor and Twynsta?

I take Twynsta 80/5 mg Glucophage 1000XR, Roswera 5mg Concor Cor 5 mg if it can be combined in the leaflet is written that Twynsta, Roswera should not be combined with Glucphage I take these drugs for several years recently sugar has increased significantly please advice

Yes, you can, especially if the medication is used as directed by your doctor. 

These medicines do not have clinically relevant interactions with each other that would preclude their combined use.
