Allergy to meloxicam or other NSAIDs can occur both with oral and intravenous administration, but not always. Allergy to medications is individual and may vary from person to person. This means that if you are not allergic to oral meloxicam, this does not necessarily mean that you will not be allergic to intravenous administration.
