How to combine drugs Zulbex, Ulcamed, Tinidazole and Tarivid?

The doctor prescribed me zulbex 2×1, tarivid-2x, tinidazole 2x1, ulcamed 2x2, how to take it, so that it does not interfere with each other (ulcamed I do not know why after meals)

Unless your doctor has recommended otherwise, the following dosage regimen can be used: 1 tablet of Zulbex - in the morning on an empty stomach, half an hour before breakfast, 1 tablet of Tarivid, 1 tablet of Tinidazole after breakfast (with a 30-60 minute interval from Zulbex). 2 tablets of Ulcamed half an hour before lunch. 2 tablets of Ulcamed half an hour before dinner. 1 tablet Tarivid, 1 tablet Tinidazole after dinner (12 hours apart from the previous Tarivid dose). 1 tablet of Zulbex just before bedtime - with the longest possible interval from Ulcamed and Tarivid (preferably 1-2 hours). Ulcamed is used half an hour before eating or half an hour after meals - food affects the absorption of the drug. According to the manufacturer, "Do not use any other medicines, in particular antacids in the stomach, food or drink, milk, fruit juices and fruits, within half an hour before or after taking a dose of Ulcamed, as they may affect its effect."
