What if I put the patch on 3 days later than I should?
I started the cycle on Monday and then I should put on a new patch (as the first from the package). Unfortunately I forgot, I put on Thursday morning. How should I deal with the next ones now - when should I change them? Should the first one be worn shorter and the new one should be worn as standard on Monday or change the day of the patch change to Thursday? He has been using contraception for over a year. Should I protect myself additionally and for how long?
