I forgot to ask about the effectiveness of contraception Should I take another package after a 7-day break or extend the break by the few days by which the previous package was shortened?

Doing so may affect the effectiveness of contraception. In this case, it is important to use an additional method of contraception, such as condoms, for the first 7 days after the start of the next pack. The next package should be started after a standard break - 7 days.
