Can I use Ashwagandha or Tryptophan with Glucophage XR (metformin) and Euthyrox?

Metformin glucopahe xr 1000 and ashwaganda or l-tryptophan? Are there interactions or is it possible to connect? I also take Euthyrox N50. Best regards
