There were no side effects with Rinogermina. Perhaps it is a hypersensitivity reaction to one of the components of the preparation - then its use should be discontinued and a pediatrician should be consulted. The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Please remember that for this medicine to be effective, it must be applied correctly. The child's head should be slightly tilted forward and the tip of the applicator should be directed to the side wall of the nose (towards the inner corner of the eye) and not to the septum. Rhinogermin should not be used straight after removing from the refrigerator - remove the drug earlier (at least 10-15 minutes) to keep it warm. We wrote more about the use of nasal drops in the article: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-stosowac-krople-do-nosa I enclose a link to a page where you can compare the prices of Rinogermina in online pharmacies and place an order with home delivery or collection at the nearest stationary pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/89453/rinogermina-aerozol/apteki?pvid=214487#internetowe
