Is bleeding after antibiotics normal, or should I go to the gynecologist?

Hello, I will start with the fact that I have been taking Vibin tablets for about 4 years and recently I took antibiotics Augmentin and Klabax for sinusitis. That week I finished the white pills and had normal bleeding that ended on Friday. Today, on Monday, there was a slight bleeding again. Is this normal after antibiotics or should I go to a gynecologist?
