methylphenidate for the night? It's a joke, after all, it's a psychostimulant drug that causes insomnia, if I were you, I would consult a psychiatrist and tell you about the problem of insomnia because it's very possible that it's because of the dosage of methylphenidate at night
Methylphenidate is a psychostimulant and in my opinion taking this drug at night is a misunderstanding.

Yes, you can. Melatonin does not have clinically relevant interactions that would make its combined use with other drugs. However, I recommend consulting your doctor to clarify what is causing insomnia and determine if there is a need to change the dosage.
