Hello, with the daily use of fluoxytin (20mg, morning), methylphenidate (20mg in the morning and 10mg in the evening) and pregabalin (75mg in the morning and 150mg in the evening) can I additionally use melatonin for sleep? (10mg)

methylphenidate for the night? It's a joke, after all, it's a psychostimulant drug that causes insomnia, if I were you, I would consult a psychiatrist and tell you about the problem of insomnia because it's very possible that it's because of the dosage of methylphenidate at night
Methylphenidate is a psychostimulant and in my opinion taking this drug at night is a misunderstanding.

Yes, you can. Melatonin does not have clinically relevant interactions that would make its combined use with other drugs. However, I recommend consulting your doctor to clarify what is causing insomnia and determine if there is a need to change the dosage. The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja In the available lists, I do not see a dose of 10 mg registered in the market as a drug. We wrote more about it here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czym-roznia-sie-leki-od-suplementow The dose of 10mg is high and should not be used for a long time, maximum 2 months. It is worth investing in a drug tested for safety and effectiveness, e.g.: Melatonin Lek-Am 5 mg: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/47918/melatonina-lek-am-tabletki/apteki?pvid=98257#internetowe I also encourage you to inform your doctor about all medicines and dietary supplements used, which will allow you to choose a safe and effective pharmacotherapy.
