Should I worry if blood does not flow out of the vagina at the beginning of menstruation?

Hello, I have a strange question. I was supposed to get my last menstrual period on April 1, I noticed that the blood (not so intense) is inside, it did not flow out. On the evening of April 2, I suddenly had normal and lasted 4 days as usual. Today I was supposed to get my period, the blood is also inside (still not intense), nothing is flowing out. Should I be worried?

Sometimes in some women, menstruation is preceded by scanty spotting or the presence of blood-stained vaginal secretions. At the very beginning of blood bleeding may also be slightly less. Small amounts of blood at this stage mean that it may not flow intensively from the vagina. In general, patients wait for traces of blood outside the genital tract to record the first day of menstruation and do not examine its presence inside the vagina. So it is difficult for me to answer whether you should be worried, because I do not know what your previous cycles have been like and what exactly worries you. In case of doubts related to intimate health or the course of the menstrual cycle, it is best to make an appointment with a gynecologist, which will allow you to perform the examination.
