In general, the use of etamsylate in people with myasthenia gravis is not recommended, as this drug may aggravate the symptoms of the disease. Myasthenia gravis is an autoimmune disease that causes muscle weakness. Etamsylate, in turn, can cause blood vessels to contract, which can increase muscle strain and impair muscle function. I would recommend consulting a specialist. Your doctor may recommend alternative medications or treatments that are more suitable for patients with myasthenia gravis.
