How to improve concentration during the driving test?
19.99 zł

I'm having trouble passing my driving test. This is the only exam during which I happen to "hang" for a few seconds, vo unfortunately delays my reaction on the road and ends with the result of neg. Are there any options to eliminate this? Are there any concentration pills? I would like to add that I have extensive experience in various exams (master's defense, matura, etc., but I have never had such a level of stress and such problems in my life). Thanks in advance.

If you observe this type of symptom during increased stress, it may be worth consulting a psychologist. The specialist will suggest techniques for dealing with such situations. Teleadvice with a psychologist can be used, for example, here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-psychologiem When it comes to over-the-counter concentration remedies - most of them work only after a regular and several weeks of use. Perhaps in such a situation, stimulants can be used, e.g. with caffeine or ginseng. Here you can compare their prices in online pharmacies and order the preparation with home delivery or collection at the pharmacy: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/34024/olimp-guaranax-kapsulki/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/82467/vigor-up-fast-o-smaku-pomaranczowym-tabletki-musujace/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/95164/chela-mag-b6-forte-shot-plyn/apteki I enclose a link to a helpful entry: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-poprawic-pamiec-i-koncentracje
