Can I stop taking Roswera if I have side effects?

Good morning, I have a question, for 5 days I take the drug Roswera 10 and for 2 days I have cramps on the left side of the chest, to this severe headache and as if tingling on the body feels bad and I have a doctor only tomorrow because today the clinic is closed, so I wanted to ask if I can stop taking the cholesterol drug until tomorrow.
