Is spotting normal before snorting Polaring?
I already use 5 Polaring discs.. For the second month in a row I noticed that a few days before the scheduled pulling gets spotting (slightly red) Is this normal?

Some women may experience unexpected spotting/bleeding during the use of Polaring discs. This is normal, especially in the first months of using hormonal contraception, however, if irregular bleeding gets worse or repeats, you should contact your gynecologist.
