Can bupropion neuraxpharm 150mg cause enlargement of the cervical lymph nodes? If so, should I stop taking the medication or will it go away on its own? I would add that the enlarged knots hurt when moving the neck and when touching. I have been taking the drug for a week.

Any modification of the therapy, including discontinuation of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician who is familiar with your health in detail: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki Cervical lymphadenopathy is not usually mentioned as a common side effect associated with Bupropion, but may occur in rare cases. However, it is difficult to clearly determine the cause of your problem on the basis of such a short description. In some cases, lymphadenopathy may be associated with an infection or other medical condition that is not related to Bupropion. In this case, I encourage you to make an appointment with the attending physician, who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition. Your doctor may perform a physical examination, as well as perform other tests to determine the cause of the lymphadenopathy.
