Since both drugs have a diuretic effect, their simultaneous intake may interfere with water and electrolyte balance. Combining them can lead to kidney damage, therefore, if the drugs were prescribed by two different doctors, you should consult a specialist again to change the dosage regimen - perhaps one of these drugs will have to be discontinued.
