In light of the latest knowledge, there are no reports that Thyrozole would affect the effectiveness of the Implanon NXT contraceptive implant. However, it is worth remembering that no contraceptive is 100% effective. Implanon NXT has a very high efficiency and provides contraceptive protection for up to 3 years.
