Withdrawal bleeding may not occur in this cycle, or bleeding or spotting may occur when wearing the patches from the first pack. The situation should be adjusted during 2-3 consecutive cycles of using the patches - then you will already observe bleeding during the 7-day break between successive packages of patches.
