Good morning. In the primary care unit, a nurse with a license instead of lacipil 4 mg, which my mother has been taking for 2 years, suddenly issued a prescription for lecalpin 20 mg. In the pharmacy, according to the prescription, the drug was dispensed and my mother paid for it at home, unfortunately she realized that it was a wrong drug and lacipil is reimbursed for which she does not pay as a senior. The nurse is in denial that she only prescribed from the documentation. What can I do in this situation?
