However, when it comes to the products you mentioned, it is really difficult to decide which will be better. Both contain beta-glucans, whose effectiveness in strengthening immunity has not been proven in clinical trials, so it is impossible to compare them in this respect. Immunoglucan P4H certainly has a higher content of beta-glucan, while more additional ingredients (e.g. B vitamins and iodine) contain Immunotrophin.
