Could vomiting more than 4 hours after taking Zoely interfere with its absorption?

If I vomited somehow 4 h 10/15 min after taking the Zoely contraceptive pill, can I not worry that it has not absorbed?

If you have not observed the presence of the tablet in the returned stomach contents, it can be said with a high probability that it has been absorbed. All the more so if it was taken on an empty stomach.

So if I took the pill on an empty stomach, it could be absorbed faster? I took the pill somehow 11:55 (practically on an empty stomach) I vomited it at 16:15. I did not take any additional pill because I thought that 4 hours had passed

According to the information provided by the manufacturer, if vomiting occurs within 3-4 hours of taking a white tablet - it should be considered unabsorbed. In this case, take an additional tablet as soon as possible (within 24 hours). If more than 24 hours have passed, the tablet should be considered as missed and continue to follow the instructions in case of missing the dose - here the procedure varies depending on the week in which the use was discontinued. If the tablet was taken on an empty stomach, despite vomiting, there is a good chance that it has been absorbed. The process of emptying the stomach then takes about 15 to 30 minutes.
