Is it worth using lecithin if I have AD?

Good morning I suffer from bipolar disorder (ChAD) - Hypomania. He takes the following drugs: Chlorprothixen, Convulex. Is it worth taking lecithin in my case and possibly what?

Bipolar disorder itself is not an indication for the use of lecithin. Although the evidence for lecithin's effectiveness in improving cognitive function is limited, supplementation is not contraindicated – lecithin is a well-understood and safe substance that does not interact with drugs and food.
