The manufacturer does not specify the maximum period in which the Vigor UP Ona 50+ supplement can be used. It should be taken as long as there is an increased need for vitamins and minerals. The dose of vitamin D in this supplement is 1000 U. It is assumed that in the period from August to May in adults, the daily dose should be 2000 U, unless the doctor has recommended otherwise, e.g. due to deficiencies or increased levels of vitamin D. If you have been taking vitamin D at a dose of 2000 U so far, it is worth using an additional preparation with a dose of 1000 U. Below are links to medicines with vitamin D (1000 U), from which you can order it directly with home delivery or personal collection at a stationary pharmacy: - Vigalex Bio: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/105740/vigalex-bio-tabletki/apteki - Vigantoletten 1000: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92290/vigantoletten-1000-tabletki/apteki I encourage you to read the articles: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/kategorie/witaminy-i-suplementy https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/menopauza-jak-zmniejszyc-dolegliwosci
