How to use drugs with venlafaxine?
Should venlaflaxin 300 mg be taken once a day in the morning or 150 mg twice a day? Does the dosage divided twice a day reduce the negative impact on the heart or does the method of administration not affect it?

All medicinal products containing venlafaxine are available with a prescription and should be used as directed by the prescribing person. In the case of medicinal products containing modified-release venlafaxine (note XR, ER, SR in the trade name of the medicinal product), it is usually recommended to use the drug once a day in the morning. For tablets with a standard release process (tablets, coated tablets, capsules), the drug is usually recommended to be used 2 times a day. In the current literature, I do not find information that the use of venlafaxine 2 times a day in a divided dose reduces the risk of side effects compared to the schedule of taking the total dose of the drug 1 time per day.
