Niquitin is a brand offering over-the-counter drugs whose active substance is nicotine. They are used in the so-called nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) in the treatment of nicotine addiction, thus helping to quit smoking. The offer includes drugs for immediate use when the desire to reach for a cigarette, in the form of, for example, chewing gums or tablets or lozenges, and drugs in the form of a transdermal patch, which, thanks to the slow release of nicotine, controls the symptoms of nicotine craving for 24 hours. The offered products are available in different dosages. They are intended for use in adults, unless otherwise prescribed by a doctor.
