Yesterday I used the preparation for the first time, but combing out the parasites I noticed that most of them were not fought and they were still moving (perhaps because I have long hair and I used 30ml). I cleaned my hair and scalp and at the moment I can not see anything anymore. Hence my question whether I could apply the preparation for the second time?

Hello, I have the same problem as one user has already mentioned here. I applied the product according to the instructions, kept my hair under the cap for an hour, possibly even 10 minutes longer. Then I rinsed my hair thoroughly and shampooed it. Then I reached for the second preparation from the set, which I kept for 11 minutes, I even applied a little more than necessary, because I really wanted to get rid of these lice...
While combing, I counted 7 lice that survived! I don't know if it's a matter of long hair, but I'm terrified, I'm afraid to go to sleep because I just washed all the bedding and the bed. I don't know if I should do the procedure again... It was very difficult for me to comb my hair with the comb, because the second preparation dried it a bit and tangled it (a few tangles were simply pulled out...). Is it normal that some will survive? That the preparation still works on them, they will simply die "with a delay"? Please tell me what to do with this crap:(
