Hartuś, opinions and questions

Hello, Hartus immunity syrup should be diluted 1 to 1 before administration and given to the child 2 times a day for 5 ml but it is supposed to be 5 ml before dilution or already after diluted, i.e. defacto 2.5 ml??

I received a recommendation from a neurologist that a child (12 years old problem with swallowing tablets) should take 1 sachet of Magnefar B6 every day for two weeks. On the internet I found only Magnefar B6 junior which is not available everywhere, what can I replace it?

Should Hartuś syrup be diluted with 1:1 water or can it be administered directly? Best regards
