Good morning I have a question,

I'm trying to make it to a sinus disease procedure, namely polyps, allergies and asthma.

I've already tried various medications, e.g. xylometazoline and derivatives (only partial effectiveness), otrivin allergy (works only temporarily), acatar allergy (zero effectiveness, even makes things worse), aleric (zero effectiveness)

The thing is that I can't sleep and the comfort of life is at zero level (constantly stuffy nose) making it difficult to do literally all everyday activities. In addition, I take e.g. glucophage 750mr on a daily basis + salmex

I know it's not an easy topic, but I'm asking for a tip that will allow you to finally sleep at least one night peacefully.
