I bought a 10-year-old child myotape patches to stick around his mouth to get into a good habit of breathing through his nose and sleeping with his mouth closed. The patches work very well, the child has his mouth closed all night but we have a problem with removing them from the face in the morning. They hold tightly and taking off is painful. It is difficult to stretch the skin of the face to remove the patch slowly according to the instructions, but it hurts. What can we use to make it painless? Is it suitable, but if not, what else?
