Good morning. For three days I have had full maxillary sinuses and a slightly sore throat. Since yesterday I have been experiencing a slight earache when swallowing saliva. Once, in such a situation, I contracted otitis. I received such a set of drugs from the doctor, as in the attachment. Isn't that a bit of an exaggeration? I'm particularly interested in Clotrimazole.

It seems that the doctor recommended an antifungal drug vaginally, fearing the occurrence of intimate tract infections with an antibiotic. This is not a typical practice, perhaps you mentioned to a specialist that you observed a fungal infection, hence the doctor's decision. The remaining drugs are typical preparations used for inflammation and bacterial infection. If, despite everything, you can also seek advice from another specialist, e.g. here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I enclose a link to a helpful entry: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/skuteczne-sposoby-na-zapalenie-zatok
