Yes, you can. There are no contraindications to the simultaneous use of the preparations listed in the question. I suggest, however, to consult a family doctor or dietician whether the use of all these preparations is justified by nutritional deficiencies, which may result, m.in from diet or diseases that impair the absorption of nutrients. The combined use of Omeprazole and Acard may lead to a decrease in acetylsalicylic acid (the active substance in Acard) and consequently to a decrease in the effectiveness of treatment. If medicines have been prescribed by different doctors, a consultation may be advisable to determine whether these medicines can be used at the same time and, if so, whether there is a need to modify the way they are taken. If you bought Acard yourself at the pharmacy, I encourage you to inform your doctor about your desire to include the new drug in the therapy. If you experience any alarming symptoms or notice that the effect of acetylsalicylic acid is insufficient - please contact your doctor. I enclose a link to a page where you can compare the prices of preparations in online pharmacies and place an order with home delivery or collection at the nearest stationary pharmacy: Omeprazole Genoptim: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/56951/omeprazole-genoptim-kapsulki/apteki?pvid=231443#stacjonarne Acard: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/1479/acard-75-mg-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
