Hello, I have a question about the risk of contracting HCV, hbv and HIV when I had a tiny wound on my hands and while feeding an elderly person I was accidentally licked by him on this hand.

To @Anna: I also answered this question in the previous thread. Infection is unlikely.
I still have a question about the fact that I was a health facility. There was a lady who had her legs scratched to the point of blood because of her dementia and mental illness. If this lady walked in the corridor and such a hand touched from this scratch of some objects, handles or door handles, and I touched this hand on then touched the nasal mucosa because I have a runny nose? What risks this poses.

The answer to this question has already been given in the attached thread: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/86500/kiedy-wykonac-badanie-poziomu-beta-hcg-podczas-stosowania-tabletek-antykoncepcyjnych "HIV and HCV viruses are not very contagious and infection occurs as a result of contact with the patient's blood - they do not transmit through saliva. HBV, on the other hand, can be transmitted through saliva (but this route is rare), but in the situation you described, infection is unlikely."
