Combining Prestarium (an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor) with Tezeo (a sartan drug) is not recommended because it increases the risk of hyperkalaemia (excess potassium in the blood), the development and worsening of renal failure and sudden death. If these medicines have not been prescribed by one doctor, you should go for a revisit and determine the appropriate treatment regimen after taking into account all the medications you are taking.
