Should I stop taking Pylera if I have stomach pain?

Good morning. Take 5 days of the drug Pylera 4x3 capsules. There are several side effects that are in the leaflet, but in addition, my stomach hurts terribly. Should treatment be discontinued?

To minimise the risk of abdominal pain during treatment with Pylera, it is recommended to add a medicine from the group of proton pump inhibitors - usually omeprazole. Medicines with omeprazole can be purchased in pharmacies with a prescription.
