What should I use if I still have a sore throat after taking Tamivil?

I was given the antibiotic Tamivil 75mg for flu symptoms. I had a sore throat that got bigger and bigger over time. I finished the antibiotic treatment and the sore throat got worse, and it is reddened. What to do in this case? Let me add that the doctor mentioned that I have an enlarged left tonsil
