Could it be a recurrence of a fungal infection?

Good morning, for 10 days I took vaginal nystatin vp because I was diagnosed with vaginal mycosis. All symptoms disappeared, after 4 days from the end of the treatment I had intercourse with my partner, but immediately after intercourse I felt a burning sensation of the vagina. Could it be a relapse of the disease, or is it rather caused by, for example, some irritation after using vaginal drugs? Please reply quickly and thank you.

Appearing papules after the use of a topical globule Gynoxin Uno may be the result of treatment, a remnant of the drug. This does not necessarily indicate a recurrence of the infection. However, research is necessary to confirm this. It is worth remembering that until the infection is cured, you should refrain from intercourse, because you can infect your partner, and the healing process itself may be slowed down. Hence the burning and irritation in you. Yesterday I took gynoxin uno preventively, and today I noticed white papules resembling vaginal discharge, hence the additional question whether it is a recurrence of ringworm or remains of a globule? Please answer quickly, I was at the gynecologist, but he ordered a biocenosis and come with the results only next week.
