Dizziness and nausea when using oseltamivir - whether to stop treatment?

The doctor diagnosed me with the flu. I am after 8 doses of Tamivil 75mg (4 days) I have dizziness and nausea. I have the impression that with each tablet taken, dizziness lasts longer. I have a dull head and difficulty with balance. Uglę brings spontaneous sweating. Can Polpril 5mg or thyroid tablets interact with Tamivil ????? I have the last two pills left. The question is whether I should take or stop?

Nausea is one of the most common side effects of oseltamivir contained in Tamivil. Headache and dizziness are listed as common side effects reported by patients using this medicine. Be aware that symptoms such as weakness, pain or dizziness may occur during flu infection and may not necessarily be related to the use of this medicine. Therefore, without consulting a doctor, you should not stop using the drug, because it can significantly reduce the effectiveness of therapy. In the current literature I do not find information about possible interactions of drugs used in the treatment of hypertension and thyroid disease with oseltamivir contained in the medicinal product Tamivil. You can read more about the treatment of influenza in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-szybko-wyleczyc-grype
