The manufacturer did not provide information on how long the drug is 100% excreted from the body. However, the half-life (i.e. the time after which 50% of the initial dose remains in the body) is as much as 19 days. It should therefore be assumed that during this time the drug will be present in the bloodstream all the time. There is also no information available on the penetration of flunarizine into food, but it is strongly discouraged to feed premature babies and the youngest children (newborns) while using the drug. I also recommend that you consult a doctor about this. In the event of a lactating migraine, you can safely use, for example, over-the-counter ibuprofen: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/substancje/ibuprofen
