Does a negative pregnancy test taken 54 days after the last intercourse from morning urine 100% exclude pregnancy? Is there anything else I should do to be sure that I am definitely not pregnant? Please help.

Pregnancy tests 54 days after intercourse should easily detect pregnancy if it happened. If negative pregnancy test results about two months after intercourse are not enough for you, then another option to rule out pregnancy is to visit a gynecologist.
