Can ashwagandha be used with Evra patches?
Good morning. I use Evaraz patches, I would like to start using an adaptogen - specifically ashwaganda. Are there any contraindications for hormonal contraception? Does it reduce the effectiveness of the patches?

If you meant Evra patches, then yes - you can use ashwagandha preparations together with patches. This will not affect the effectiveness of contraception.
