Which of the drugs Famogast, Alugastrin or Dexilant can cause a rash?

I have been suffering from reflux for almost 2 weeks and since then I have been taking Dexilant in the morning, Alugastrin (in the afternoon) and Famogast at bedtime. Unfortunately, yesterday there was a very itchy rash on the hands, cleavage and thighs. Which of these drugs is more allergenic and is abandoning one or reducing the dose enough to alleviate the allergic reaction?

With both Dexilant and Famogast, rashes are seen "uncommonly" in patients using these medicines. Uncommon means that 1 in 100 people may experience this side effect. If it is just the itching itself and rash, you should consult a doctor on what to do in such a situation - whether to continue taking medication. In the current situation, a telephone consultation with a doctor is sufficient. I think that discontinuation of the drug would help to resolve the rash (if the rash is the result of the drug used), reducing the dose alone may not have any effect. As for Alugastrin in suspension, there is no information about rashes in patients. No such side effects have been reported.
