Paramolan does not have clinically relevant interactions that would preclude combined use with other medicinal products. In terms of dosage, you should follow the information obtained from your doctor, because you have not given how often it should be used. Take Pramolan with or immediately after food. At the time of taking the drug should limit the intake of fats: fatty sausage, butter, lard, fast food. Meals rich in fats increase the absorption of the drug, causing the risk of side effects. You should also avoid taking supplements containing St. John's wort. St. John's wort causes a decrease in the concentration of the drug in the blood. During treatment with opipramol, the consumption of foods that are a source of nitrates (greenhouse vegetables sold in early spring, e.g. lettuce, radishes, carrots, cucumbers, spinach, kohlrabi, cauliflowers, cabbage, beetroot, as well as meat products and nitrate-preserved meats) should be limited. Here you can check the availability of the drug in the pharmacy and make a reservation. Upon receipt of the order, you will need to present a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/63423/pramolan-tabletki-powlekane/apteki
