Headache, back, stomach pain and orange stool - are these side effects of Diemeno?

I have been taking diemono for endometriosis for about 7 months and I noticed that my stool has changed color from brown to orange. In addition, I feel stronger headaches and back pain and abdominal (bowel) pain. I wonder whether to do tests for the condition of the pancreas and liver... Should I be worried?

Headache, abdominal and back pain are described and known side effects of Diemono. Their occurrence is best reported to the doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane The doctor should also determine the further therapeutic effect, including possible diagnostic tests. As for the change in stool color - orange color is most often the result of a diet rich in products containing beta-carotene, e.g. carrots, pumpkin, apricots, sweet potato, but also parsley leaves or spinach, etc. A lighter, yellowish and glowing stool may indicate problems with the pancreas. People using Diemono have not shown a change in the color of the stool as a possible side effect, but it is also worth reporting it to the doctor.
