Concomitant use of escitalopram (Depralin) and bilastin (Clatra) will increase the risk of severe arrhythmias. In this regard, if both drugs were prescribed by different specialists, the safety of their simultaneous use should be consulted again. If, in the opinion of the doctor, the risks resulting from the simultaneous use of these drugs will outweigh the benefits, the specialist may decide to modify the therapy. We wrote more about whether taking several drugs at the same time can be dangerous in the text: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-przyjmowanie-kilku-lekow-jednoczesnie-jest-bezpieczne
