Is it safe to take Acard, Trittico CR, Coaxil, Pylera and Controloc together?

Hello, can I take Coaxil 12.5 2x1 and Trittico CR 75 1/3 at bedtime and Acard 75 when treating Helicobacter with Pylera +Controloc 40? Alternatively, what is the safest way to take? Thank you, Jan

Trittico and Pylera should not be used at the same time. The other medicines do not interact with each other in clinic. Pylera due to metronidazole in the composition can in some cases cause arrhythmias in the mechanism of torsades de pointes. Talk to your Trittico CR prescriber to see if you can stop taking the medicine temporarily (do not make this decision yourself). If your doctor decides to continue treatment with both medicines, you should monitor your body for symptoms such as dizziness, fainting, palpitations, irregular heart rhythm or shortness of breath.
