Akinetone is used, among others, in the treatment of extrapyramidal disorders. As for the effectiveness, it will be possible to assess it in an individual case only after the start of therapy. The possibility of effective therapy may depend on the severity of drug disorders: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane Extrapyramidal symptoms as a side effect of drugs result from changes in receptors for neurotransmitters in the nervous system. The drug Neurovit contains a combination of vitamins B1, B6 and B12 and is used in disorders of the nervous system caused by a deficiency of vitamins from group B. It can help people suffering from deficiencies of vitamins from group B. However, this drug has no indications for the treatment of extrapyramidal disorders and in my opinion will not affect their course. I enclose additional information about the drug Akineton - prescription preparations can be booked at GdziePoLek and picked up stationary after presenting the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/2934/akineton-tabletki/apteki/w-warszawie
